In case of medical emergency, we help you manage the transfer to the hospital of your choice, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How does it work?

  • Search and location of the best national doctors. Once the emergency call is received, our team of medical experts searches for and contacts the most appropriate specialist for the case.
  • Transfer. After explaining the options to the patient or the patient’s family, we proceed to transfer the patient to the chosen medical centre to be operated on or treated by the medical department.
  • Accompaniment. The transfer of the insured party also includes a companion and, if necessary, a doctor. If the patient must undergo surgery outside their place of residence, the person accompanying the patient will be provided with hotel and daily allowance if the patient is admitted to the ICU.
  • Post-hospitalisation convalescence service. In certain situations, assistance for the care of the convalescent is taken into account.

Each insured will have a personalised card for medical emergencies with a 24-hour on-call telephone number that must be carried at all times or kept on the insured party’s mobile phone:
